Applications are available in the late fall/early winter for the
late spring/early summer lab. Please see our
Apply/Contact Us Page.
The theme
of the lab is only reveled AFTER the application process.
We only
reveal the lab theme and guest artists to accepted applicants. That
way there can be no preconceived notions or limitations in the
application process.

Directors Lab West is run by a steering committee. For more

About Us Page.
There is
no fee for attending the lab thanks to generous sponsors and donors.
However, lab participants must provide their own transportation to
and from the lab as well as lodging, food and incidental expenses
while attending the lab.
The 2008
lab will be held from May 17 to May 24 at the Pasadena Playhouse and
the Boston Court Performing Arts Complex in
Pasadena, California.
